Chinese disabled person assists the utensil to dispose leading in the countryside 6.7 of city 11.5
The reporter learns from China Disabled Persons' Federation, disabled person's artificial limb reshaping device is assembled and the service van project of flowing of auxiliary utensil is started on December 8, the service van will be in 29 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, formations of production and construction of Xinjiang, land-reclaimable general bureaus of Heilongjiang that 90 disabled persons assist the utensil and flow, dispose the auxiliary utensil to serve for the disabled person. There are 83 million disabled persons now in China, among them 60% of the the above needs to dispose the auxiliary utensil, but according to 2010 disabled person's state monitoring data, the Chinese disabled person assists the utensil to dispose and lead the city to be only 11.5%, the countryside is only 6.7%. The organization serves radiation ability insufficiently, cause the disabled person of our country to assist the low important reason of disposing rate of the utensil. Disposing more than 50 kinds of development assists the utensil to serve all kinds of commonly used small-scale car-mounted apparatuses in the service van, can face the limb, hearing, eyesight disabled person and launch the auxiliary utensil service, including beneficiary sift check and auxiliary utensil right to buy, pay a return visit and maintain, use guidance, knowledge to propagate etc.. The implementation of this project, will extend the service to countryside and outlying district, will further expand coverage rate of the service, promote the Chinese disabled person to assist utensil services.
