300 million yuan of Military Commission of the CPC Central Committee helps build eight a recovery centres in Sichuan Province
It is reported ' Reporter Yan �) October 16, the people's governments of PLA General Logistics Department, China Disabled Federation, Sichuan Province have signed the cooperative agreement of eight a project of recovery centres of Sichuan Province that the army helped build together. Military Commission of the CPC Central Committee will invest 300 million yuan, will help build eight a recovery centres in Sichuan Province in the name of the fourth headquarter of PLA. It is introduced, this centre is undertaken by PLA General Logistics Department, the people's governments of China Disabled Persons' Federation, Sichuan Province support and assist. The centre designs to take up an area of 13.333 hectares, with a construction area of 50,000 square meters, set up 500 berths, plan it after building up on August 1, 2010, taken charge of by Sichuan Province Association for the Handicapped operation management. The centre will be resuming service system of rebuilding the disaster area to recover, promoting the development respect of the undertakings for disabled persons to play a role in demonstrating and radiating. Vice President of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference(CPPCC), Deng Pufang of president of China Disabled Federation, army leaders such as Liao XiLong, committee member of Military Commission of the CPC Central Committee and minister of General Logistics Department, Sichuan Province Vice Governor Zhang Zuo Kazakhstan,etc. have attended the signing ceremony.
