In one period of future, our country will advance all kinds of social security systems to combine, the ones that improved among different systems were connected and transferring to and continuing the policy, in order to give play to the large range of the social security to mutually help and disperse the risk function. This was introduced at the fifth Meeting of round table on the senior level of the Central European social security that was held a few days ago by human resources and Yin WeiMin, minister of social security department. It is reported, different crowds of our country are suitable for different social insurance systems at present. Such as the endowment insurance, peasants have " protect newly and agriculturally " ,The urban worker participates in the urban worker's basic endowment insurance; Medical insurance, peasants have " shut newly and agriculturally " ,The urban worker has worker's medical insurance, urban residents have resident's medical insurance. As employment diversification and population are mobile strengthens, connecting among different systems becomes very urgent. The next step, our country will enjoy everybody the basic social security to regard as the preferential goal, while including all kinds of personnel in the coverage of social insurance progressively, realize the pool in urban and rural areas, strengthen the connecting of social security system policy. Meanwhile, our country will still continue improving and ensuring competence, advance the legal construction, strengthen the mandatory, regulation and stability of the social security.
