On April 26, 1986, former Soviet Union cut Pele nuclear power station of the promise and exploded. Accident of this nuclear leakage makes more than 60,000 sq. km. of land around of hydropower station polluted directly, more than 3,200,000 people are encroached on by nuclear radiation, lead to the mankind and utilize a calamity in the history of nuclear energy peacefully.
